The winding adopts the tension card open-loop torque control mode to achieve constant tension, without tension feedback, simplified structure and stable tension. The winding inverter adopts the closed-loop vector mode, and the tension is given by the analog potentiometer (analog input terminal AI1 of the winding inverter). The line speed is connected to AI2 (4-20mA) of the winding inverter through the AO1 analog output terminal of the traction inverter. During the operation of the system, the winding diameter is automatically calculated and the output torque is adjusted in real time according to the current line speed, operating frequency, tension, tension taper and other parameter settings to ensure the constant tension of the yarn during the winding process.
